1. How fast is delivery?
Standard Tracked delivery takes 2–4 working days and costs £4.45 — free on orders over £40. Express Tracked takes 1–3 working days and costs £5.95. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
2. Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we only deliver to UK addresses. International shipping is not currently available.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received it within 2 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Do I need to be 18 to buy from Scarlett Vapes?
Yes. UK law requires you to be 18 or over to buy any vaping or nicotine product. You'll confirm your age when you enter our site, and our delivery partner may ask for ID on delivery. We do not sell to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
5. What's your returns policy?
You can return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept opened e-liquids, opened pods or used coils unless they're faulty. If an item is faulty, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.
6. What nicotine strengths do you stock?
We stock 0mg (nicotine-free), 3mg, 6mg, 10mg, 12mg, 18mg and 20mg. UK law caps nicotine in e-liquids at 20mg/ml and bottles at 10ml. For larger volumes we sell 50ml and 100ml shortfills (0mg), which you can mix with nic shots.
7. Are disposable vapes still legal in the UK?
Single-use disposable vapes were banned in the UK from 1 June 2025. We now stock rechargeable pod kits and prefilled pods that look and feel like disposables but are fully compliant. Many of your favourite brands and flavours are still available in this format.
8. What's the difference between a pod kit and a vape kit?
Pod kits are smaller, simpler, and use prefilled or refillable pods — great for beginners or anyone wanting a discreet device. Vape kits (sub-ohm or mod kits) are more powerful, produce bigger clouds, use refillable tanks and replaceable coils, and are aimed at experienced vapers. If you're switching from smoking, we usually recommend starting with a pod kit.
9. How often should I change my coil?
Most coils last 1–2 weeks depending on how much you vape and what e-liquid you use. Sweet, dark or high-VG liquids burn coils out faster. It's time to change when you taste burnt flavour, get less vapour, or hear gurgling. Always prime a new coil with a few drops of e-liquid and wait 5 minutes before vaping.
10. Do you offer click & collect?
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect free from our shop at 75 Beckenham Road, Clockhouse, Beckenham BR3 4PT. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.
11. How do multibuy deals work?
Add the qualifying items to your basket and the discount applies automatically — no code needed.
12. Do you check ID?
Yes. By law we can only sell to customers aged 18 or over. All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail with Age Verification, so the driver will ask to see photo ID showing you’re 18 or over. If nobody with ID is in, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can collect from your local delivery office with ID. For click & collect, we’ll check ID in the shop when you collect.
13. How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over £40. Under £40: Standard £6.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–4 working days) or Express £7.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1–2 working days). All deliveries include an age check on delivery. You can also collect free from our shop. Most orders are dispatched the next working day; items shipped from our warehouse dispatch within 1–2 working days.
